So, I set off to Ask Jeeves (00’s Google)…and I found absolutely nothing! I was simply having a ‘wild imagination’ thinking that people could really see pictures in their heads, right? Wrong!”

It’s a common thought for those experiencing Aphantasia to think that they cannot heal because they cannot visualise – that therapy won’t be able to help. To a certain extent, that can be true…not because it is not possible for you to heal, but because you’re thrown off by being asked to do something that you know that you can’t do, breaking rapport and trust between you and your practitioner. This often results in feeling misunderstood and unsupported as a client who is looking for help.

I won’t ask you to imagine anything, I won’t ask you to visualise your inner child, and I won’t use words that make you feel jarred and misunderstood about your inability to visualise!

I offer sessions that are completely adaptive to your needs using a blend of traditional and modern psychology theory including developmental psychology, NLP, Emotional Freedom Technique, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness and Life Coaching.
Location: Online (including clients outside of the UK), or in person (UK only).
Cost: I offer a FREE, 30 minute (no obligation) consultation to explore what you’d like to bring to our sessions, your needs and requirements, and to ensure that I am best placed to support you with these.
Individual session rates: £65* for 60 minutes. £85* for 90 minutes.
Session Packages: £54* for 60 minutes when you book 6 or more 1 hour sessions.
Check-in sessions: £18* for 15 minutes
Check-in sessions are optional and available for additional support, and to discuss something that may have come up for you between each session.
