At Clear Journeys, I am flexible in my approach and do not offer a ‘one fits all’ attitude. I offer an adaptive, safe and compassionate environment, placing high value on my logical, yet intuitive approach. In our sessions, I take care to ensure that I am truly understanding what you share, the impact on you and what you value and need.

I offer sessions that are completely adaptive to your needs using a blend of traditional and modern psychology theory including developmental psychology, NLP, Emotional Freedom Technique, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness and Life Coaching.

Location: Online (including clients outside of the UK), or in person (UK only).

Cost: I offer a FREE, 30 minute (no obligation) consultation to explore what you’d like to bring to our sessions, your needs and requirements, and to ensure that I am best placed to support you with these.

Individual session rates: £65* for 60 minutes. £85* for 90 minutes.

Session Packages: £54* for 60 minutes when you book 6 or more 1 hour sessions.

Check-in sessions: £18* for 15 minutes.

Check-in sessions are optional and available for additional support, and to discuss something that may have come up for you between each session.

Therapy with Clear Journeys is appropriate for individuals over the age of 18 and is not a replacement for medical treatment.

What is therapy?

Therapy with Clear Journeys Therapies is your opportunity to explore things like how you work, why you work the way that you do, what you want and don't want, explore your goals and how to overcome blocks in order to achieve them. Therapy with me helps you to get to the ROOT CAUSE of issues in order for us to find a way to overcome them. Therapy is also an opportunity to process emotions and memories, and receive support in a safe and confidential environment with clear boundaries and trust. You can bring issues such as relationship issues at work or at home, stress, anxiety, poor sleep, trauma, co-dependency, fatigue, phobias and more. 

How much does therapy cost?
